What exactly does the planning include?
Our service covers everything from event conceptualization to logistical coordination on the day of the celebration. Direct costs from external vendors (catering, furniture rental, floristry) are excluded and contracted separately. |

Can the budget be adjusted during the process?
Yes, provided changes are communicated at least 15 days in advance. Any modification to the initial plan may involve adjustments to coordination fees, which will be notified in writing before being applied. |
| 3. Cancellations |
What happens if I cancel the event?
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days in advance, 80% of the fees are refunded. Between 15 and 30 days, the refund is 50%. With less than 15 days, no refund is made. In all cases, a report detailing the work completed to date will be provided. |
| 4. Liability |
How far does our liability extend?
Hills District Events acts as a coordinator and advisor. We are not responsible for incidents caused by external vendors, unforeseen weather conditions, or last-minute decisions by attendees. We recommend taking out event insurance to cover these scenarios. |
| 5. Intellectual property |
Who owns the designs and concepts created?
All conceptual materials, mood boards, timelines, and vendor lists developed during the process are owned by Hills District Events. The client receives a usage license for the contracted event but cannot replicate them in future celebrations without our consent. |
