This document establishes the general terms and conditions that regulate access to and use of the website hillsdistrictevents.com and the event organization and social experience services offered by Hills District Events.
Use of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in these terms. The user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Hills District Events provides advisory, planning, and coordination services for social and corporate events, as well as creative activities and community experiences. The specific scope of each service is detailed in the personalized proposal delivered to the client.
Services are provided with the required diligence and professionalism, without guaranteeing a specific result in terms of attendance, guest satisfaction, or economic return.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about the event, including dates, location, number of attendees, and any special requirements. Any relevant modifications must be communicated in writing at least 15 days in advance.
Hills District Events is not responsible for damages or losses arising from causes beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, supply cuts, strikes, or decisions by competent authorities.
The total liability of Hills District Events in relation to any service provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service. No liability is assumed for indirect damages or loss of business opportunities.
All content on the website —including texts, images, logos, and graphic materials— is the property of Hills District Events or is used with proper authorization. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written consent is prohibited.
The designs, plans, and creative proposals delivered to the client are for exclusive use for the contracted event and may not be transferred to third parties or reused without authorization.
Personal data provided by clients will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. The data controller is Hills District Events, with registered address at Rúa Solís, 8, 83º B.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting info@hillsdistrictevents.com. Data will not be transferred to third parties except where required by law.
Hills District Events reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website at least 15 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the services after notification will imply acceptance of the new conditions.
If the client does not agree with the modifications, they may terminate the contract without penalty within the notice period.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or compliance, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
